Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Sunshine Studios LLC Punctuality and Late Fees - Late Arrival: Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled photography session. If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of 20% of the total session cost will be added to the final bill. This fee compensates for the disruption and lost time. Rescheduling and Cancellation - Rescheduling: To reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate the change. - Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a charge of the full session price. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and compensate for the reserved time. Payment - Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking and must be paid online at the time of reservation. Details for online payment will be provided at the time of booking. - Remaining Balance: The remaining balance can be paid in person using one of the following methods: - Venmo - Apple Pay - Credit/Debit Card - Cash - Check -Invoices: All invoices are due within 30 days of the service date. An overdue fee of $5 per day will be added to the total amount for each day the invoice remains unpaid after the 30-day period. General Terms - Agreement: By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. - Payment Confirmation: All payments, including deposits and any additional fees, are due as outlined in the booking confirmation. - Contact: For any rescheduling, cancellation requests, or payment-related inquiries, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure smooth processing.
